We accompany our customers right from the start - long and intensively, as long and as intensively as you, the customer, require. We call this ELABO Customer Care.

Consulting

Our experienced project specialists analyse your requirements situation and then create individual concept solutions. Many customers already regularly commission ELABO to draw up the specifications as a service.

Start-Up

For the start or production ramp-up of your system, we offer extensive training courses for operators, administrators and maintenance staff around our system solutions. Training packages individually customized to your needs enable your employees to operate even complex systems safely and confidently. We are happy to support your personnel during the start-up phase and thus ensure a smooth start to your production. During the start-up phase of the supplied systems, our project team is also available to you for telephone support.

Lifecycle-Service

The ELABO Lifecycle Service includes all services required for the safe and permanent operation of your system. Proactive maintenance services for hardware and software for every system are available directly from us - the manufacturer. ELABO also ensures a fast supply of spare parts. This puts your company in a position to achieve the highest possible safety and availability of your quality assurance systems at economically optimum conditions. During the product lifecycle, extensions and adjustments are carried out professionally by us. At the end of the product life cycle, the question of system renewal often arises. Alternatively, we offer you the revision (retrofit) to extend the life cycle at favourable conditions.

 

Safety

If your test system no longer runs as it should, good advice is urgently needed. Especially with more complex systems, the cause of failure is not always apparent to the operating personnel at first glance. A support hotline direct to ELABO enables you to obtain customised manufacturer support directly from trained specialists. The causes of the failure are analysed and assistance is provided without valuable loss of time - professionally and efficiently. As part of a maintenance contract, we also offer guaranteed availability even beyond our normal office hours.
