Start-Up

For the start or integration of your test device we offer extensive operator training. Training packages individually customized to your needs enable your employees to operate our devices safely and confidently. If our devices are integrated into a system or into a special environment, our service team is also available for telephone support.

Lifecycle-Service

The ELABO Lifecycle Service includes all the services required for the safe and continuous operation of your measuring and testing equipment. Proactive maintenance services for hardware and software for each device are available directly from us, the manufacturer. ELABO can also ensure rapid spare parts supply. The calibration of the measuring and testing instruments can be carried out as a service at ELABO – by arrangement as a bring-in service – or also on site using traceable calibration standards. This puts your company in a position to achieve the highest possible level of safety and availability of your quality assurance systems under optimum economic conditions.

Rental Service

From ELABO's extensive pool of rental and lending devices, ELABO can provide you with measuring and testing devices at low cost by arrangement. This is the ideal way to bridge downtimes due to maintenance or calibration work, for example. If a device is only required for individual tests over a manageable period of time, we will rent our standard devices to you at attractive conditions. This is often a more economical option than buying a unit.

Safety

If your testing device no longer works as it should, then good advice is urgently needed. A support hotline straight to ELABO enables you to obtain customised manufacturer support directly from trained specialists. The causes of the failure are analysed and assistance is provided without valuable loss of time – professionally and efficiently. Our express repair service also offers the possibility of having malfunctions repaired at short notice at ELABO's premises after prior appointment and courier delivery.
