Elabo WorkshopSystems make it possible to upgrade maintenance and repair facilities into modern maintenance stations for electric goods.
In many cases, shops test products prior to delivery or after maintenance or repair measures for exact electric functionality and safety.
For those, at times very sophisticated requirements, Elabo offers the complete electrical and electronic equipment, including network and software solutions supporting exact automatic documentation, which is partly necessary for product liability or safety.


		The Basic System Configuration Elabo offers almost any individual workshop item, including ergonomic chairs, workstation lighting and tools. The table system is a crucial element even for the basic equipment. In some cases, a simple workbench with a solid work surface is sufficient. However, the EcoTec SP is usually the more helpful alternative for electrical workshops. EcoTec tables are very resistent. Like a building block set, each EcoTec workstation is upgradeable with appropriate elements. Suitable superstructures provide storage space for equipment and tools, and allow superior cable management that helps avoid accidents and prevents damage to persons and objects.


		High-End Solutions for Special Tasks The task range in workshops and maintenance stations is highly diversified. Elabo’s comprehensive hardware and software product range offers a reliable and efficient solution for functionality and safety tests. It includes measurement and test devices, TFT monitors – e.g. for centrally maintained, callable repair instructions – as well as network and software technologies that allow conducting tests in a standardised and automated manner. The TaMas workstation system as a fully integrated test station is an ideal solution. All testing and measuring processes can be documented automatically and according to regulations. Interfaces for connecting to the ERP and the CRM can be set up if necessary.


		Practical and Safe Storage Practical and safe storage plays an important role in workshops. The Elabo product range includes mobile containers of various dimensions, table-system adjusted floor units, filing cabinets, and cabinets. The cabinets are modular and can be extended to form wall units. Several clients use them as room dividers. Organiser elements are available for drawers and lower shelves and provide a transparent arrangement of all tools and instruments. Our line of lock systems supports different security levels: locking can be done either manually or, if desired, with a transponder. The remote-controlled solution offers significant time and safety advantages especially for larger workshops. We also offer open shelves, and clients often choose the very stable steel shelves for storing bulky objects.

		Mobility. For Speed and Quality A shop usually handles electric products at various locations inside the workshop. Elabo supports the highly flexible use of the shop facilities by providing a large range of mobile units from the TaMo series. The TaMo mobile units are assembled like a building block set from optional elements. In addition to the standard solutions, they allow an almost indefinite number of individual client concepts. One particular standard mobile unit is a magazine container with drawers for all important tools, small parts such as screws, formed parts, clips, and many other components, at arm’s length. The shelf cart equipped with open divided trays is another version. In-between those two basic types, many combinations with manifold equipment versions are available. The mobile cable unit equipped with accessible drums is for example of particular importance. It exists in a large version and a compact mobile cabinet version in which a broad range of cables can be safely locked. Mobile test units are also available. They can be individually configured and integrate the measuring and testing devices that are required for the respective applications. The mobile test units dispose of an intelligent cable safety feature that protects the power supply and measurement cables against damage. The 19” system also allows using external devices without any problem.
