Technical workstations equipped for Audi
Starting signal for global Service Training Centre Neckarsulm site is the first training centre to be equipped.
Customer service staff need to be fully informed of the latest technical developments within their organisations at all times.
To ensure that Audi is able to supply its range of services in a satisfactory way, the customer services employees of the automobile giant undergo continuous training. The first Service Training Centre, which has been equipped with technical workstations for multimedia and technical training by the Crailsheim-based company ELABO, has now been set up in Neckarsulm. The centre was officially opened only a few days ago. "We have been a supplier for many years now", explains Horst Maywald, head of sales and marketing at ELABO.
Other Service Training Centres are now to be set up in other Audi plants around the world, in order to ensure a standard level of expertise and service. In particular, trainers are being taught about the new Audi models to enable them to pass on the sophisticated and comprehensive service features to the workforce. ELABO workstations have been chosen by Audi AG as standard equipment for these centres.
